European Union law requires me to give European Union
visitors information about cookies used and data collection on my blog. In many
case, these laws also require you to obtain consent.
Out
of country, we have added this notice on my blog to explain Google use of
certain Blogger and Google cookies, including use of Google Analytics and Adsense
cookies, and other data collection by Google.
EUROPA websites must follow the Commission's guidelines on privacy and data protection and inform users that cookies are not being used to gather information unnecessarily.
The ePrivacy directive – more specifically Article 5(3) – requires prior informed consent for storage or for access to information stored on a user's terminal equipment. In other words, you must ask users if they agree to most cookies and similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, Flash cookies, etc.) before the site starts to use them.
For consent to be valid, it must be informed, specific, freely given and must constitute a real indication of the individual's wishes.
SO, I am responsible for confirming that notice actually
works for my blog, and that its displays. If me employ others cookies, for
example by adding third-party features, this notice may not work for me. If I include
functionality from other providers there may be extra information collected
from my blog users. However,
I am saving and also my users are Safe because I use Google approval site blog.
